Beautifully Puffed Souffles Q: Greetings Chef Jun Jun and Chef Adoree. I’m an avid reader of your column. My query is about soufflés. I’ve been wanting to make a nice souffle for my family but I am scared to attempt it because I think it is a temperamental dish. Nonetheless, would you please feature a simple yet delicious soufflé recipe that I can make? More power to you both. (Myca Robles of Quezon City)
NOTES ON SEASIDE CUISINE he recent culinary hype about the Seaside Grill along Macapagal Boulevard, Pasay City, led me to visit the place just recently and sample some comfort dishes. Of course, given the marketplace’s wide array of seafood, vegetables, fruits and meat items there was no question of freshness. Above all, with freshness of ingredients in mind, I was looking forward to comfort cuisine that was straight-forward and honestly made.
