This recently married couple can thank their respective constituents for pretty much bringing them into each other’s arms. While these young public officials serve in two different places, their election to their posts automatically made them members of the National Movement for Young Legislators, which is where they first met.

“Caked In Sugar” Coffee Table Book Launched
A new coffee table book titled "Caked in Sugar: Creations by Penk Ching and Shen Ratilla," was launched last May 31 at the Rigodon Ballroom of the Peninsula Manila. The book chronicles the authors’ metamorphosis from baking hobbyists to cake artists. Sisters in real life, Penk and Shen trace their journey from the time they whipped up their first Wilton-inspired character cake to the time they re-created Beijing’s landmark Summer Palace as a birthday centerpiece.
