QUEZON CITY: Police arrested Tuesday night two suspected holdup men who victimized a student who was on way home from school.
Quezon City Police District Station 11 deputy commander Supt. Quirico Vinagrera said Arman Ortiaga and Raymar Tabuena, both residents of Barangay Tatalon, were nabbed at 6 p.m. at the corner of Tuayan and Agno Streets, after victimizing John Daryl Medina, 16. (Joel C. Atencio)
