THE NEW SUPERMAN movie (which is dedicated to Christopher Reeve and his wife Dana, who have both passed away) is surely the best popcorn flick in the U.S. summer moviegoing season. It earned P21 million in its opening day in Manila. Director Bryan Singer (who did wonders with "X Men I & II" then left "X-Men III" to do this) succeeds in giving new life to the franchise and the superhero himself.
