Eastern Quezon College
Eastern Quezon College is nestled in the scenic town of Gumaca in the province of Quezon. It was founded by Dr. Vicente R. Vilar, an educator, socio-economic leader and business executive born in Lopez, Quezon, who also served as its first president.

Eastern Quezon College is the proud home of three functional student publications, the SANDIGAN, THE VOICE, and the ANG TINIG. She is the true home of the budding journalist. Owing to traditions dating back from the college’s founding years, the student publications partake in the glory reaped by the rising institution.

Young arch chapters hold seminars
The United Architects of the Philippines (UAP) Kalayaan-100 Chapter, one of the youngest UAP groups, will be conducting a series of symposia on relevant and practical architecture topics this year. Themed "Architects for Awareness and Action," the activity will benefit students and professionals alike.
SLU commends UC peer facilitators
The multi-awarded Peer Facilitators organization composed of volunteer students of the University of the Cordilleras received another commendation, this time from the Education Development Unit of the Saint Louis University (SLU).
