HewlettPackard Philippines moves its HP Service Center to a bigger, better location at the Ground Floor, Accelerando Building, 395 Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City.
Keeping in mind the HP promise of providing Total Customer Experience, the new site is seven times more spacious. There is double the number of front agents to attend to clients and also ample parking space at the back of the building along Jupiter Street.
"We believe that to win customer loyalty, one has to extend a comprehensive approach to provide innovative solutions, technology and services beyond the point of procurement. Postsales is as important to us as pre-sales and we need to continue making the experience better for our customers," Nilo Cruz, managing director , HP Philippines shared.
The new HP Service Center is one of two sites with the other located in Cebu. Supporting its aftersales network, HP has 45 Authorized Service Providers (ASP) located in most major malls nationwide.
