Alactagrow Growing Up Milk, a product of Mead Johnson recently launched a unique nationwide raffle promo called "Lakas Alactagrow, Proud si Mommy sa ‘Yo." The new raffle promo runs from May 21 to July 20 this year. At stake are over a million worth in prizes. The raffle is open to mothers who have children ages 1 to 6-years old (until July 2006).
Mothers may purchase a box of Alactagrow Growing Up Milk (in either 180g, 400g or 800g sizes). Simply remove the carton top to be placed in an envelope along with a size 2R picture (minimum size; this can also be a photocopied picture) of their child in a pose which shows "strong bones" and a blank sheet paper with the following details: mother’s name, child’s name, child’s birthday, complete contact address, telephone or contact numbers and signature. Entries should take note of the child’s present age which should not go beyond the raffle promo requirement, otherwise, the entry may be disqualified. These three (3) items should be placed in a white legal size envelope to be dropped in drop boxes at participating supermarkets and groceries nationwide. A participant may send as many entries as she wants. The more entries, the more chances of winning.
For the preliminary draw on June 27, the deadline for submission of entries is on June 18. Non-winning entries for the preliminary draw still have a chance to win in the grand raffle draw on August 1. Deadline for submission of entries for the grand draw is on July 20.
