Representatives of some 60 non-government organizations or NGOs yesterday expressed their enthusiastic support for the program of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) to plant trees along the highways from Laoag City to Zamboanga City.
They expressed their full support for the program during a dialogue with DENR Secretary Angelo T. Reyes at the Kapihan sa DENR forum at the Kalikasan Lounge of the DENR building along Visayas Ave. in Quezon City.
