Most of us start fantasizing about weddings when we were little, thanks to fairytales. I used to doodle Princess Diana-inspired bridal gowns complete with puffy sleeves and tiaras, even if I thought I’d never get married. You see, my parents share the same birthday, one year apart, so I used to believe there’s a rule that you can only marry someone with the same birthday. Since no one in my first grade class shared mine, I deduced that I’m doomed to be a matandang dalaga.
