Dr. J:  In Internet Explorer 5 or higher, select Tools / Internet Options / Content tab. Goto AutoComplete and click on Clear Forms.  You can also use the arrow keys on your computer keyboard to highlight and delete then push the Delete button on your computer keyword. The entry should disappear.

Dr. J:  You haven't said anything about doing spyware/adware/virus checks.  You can also try going to System Tools and running Disk Cleanup.  Overheating can also be one cause.  Check your peripherals too.

Dr. J:  Delete the adware first before you copy the files.  Make sure you're also copying from a clean computer.

Dr. J:  I can only guess that you are using WinXP.  The message indicates your PC is infected with a virus.

Dr. J:  Command Service is an adware application that opens pop-ups and displays various types of advertising on the user's desktop while browsing web pages.  You may run SpyBot S&D but have you clean all the spywares?  And have you detected all of them?
