PAELLA ALA MEZA

50 grams Whit Shrimp
50 grams Squid lumot
75 grams Crabs
50 grams Mussels
50 grams Lapu-lapu fillet
50 grams Chicken
50 grams Pork meat
25 grams Bacon
25 grams Chorizo Bilbao
25 grams Red Pepper
25 grams Green Pepper
25 grams Garlic (minced)
50 grams Onions
25 grams Mushroom
25 grams Green Peas
100 grams California Rice
20 ml Atsuete
50 ml Olive oil
25 grams Black Olives
25 grams Green Olives
72 ml Concasser
1 pc Hardboiled egg
50 grams Lemon
Procedure:
1. Sautee garlic and onions in olive oil
until light brown.
2. Add all the meat ingredients together,
followed by the red and green pepper and the
black and green olives.
3. Add the concasser sauce and atsuete. Cover
until meat is cooked.
4. Add the California rice. Mix it until it becomes sticky.
5. Put it in a Paella Dish. Cover and bake for 20 minutes
6. Garnish with hardboiled egg and sliced lemon on top.
Serve.
