Recently, diabetics as well as their caregivers and healthcare professionals gathered at the launch of The Sweet Life Club, a 24/7 resource on managing diabetes available only in the Philippines.

Whether it’s facing grueling work hours or shuffling through an endless list of tasks, every urbanite is confronted with the pressures of day-to-day living. Unfortunately, anxiety can and does disrupt one’s mental well being as well as physical state.
Watching your eating habits Nutritional health and mental health go together. Mentally healthy people have the capacity to feed themselves well. Well-nourished people experience none of the nutrient deficiencies that might contribute to poor mental health. By the same token, when either type of health is impaired, both may be affected. Cavite City marks fiesta festivities with marathon Despite spending a previous evening filled with merry-making to celebrate the town fiesta, Caviteños still managed to fight back bouts of sleepiness to take part in yet another festive event, as the 30th National MILO Marathon resumed its nationwide leg in Cavite City.
