WHO WOULD IMAGINE that a 32-inch cup A size chest would become a 40-inch cup B size? Even I was surprised with how much milk my breasts were producing. I believe that nutrition during and after pregnancy is a major factor in milk production. When I was pregnant, I always made sure that I ate a balanced diet, fruits and veggies were my all time favorite snacks. At 7 months of pregnancy, I started noticing drops of yellowish fluid coming out of my nipples. At 8-9 months, the drops became more evident. And just a few hours after I gave birth, the gown I wore in the hospital was soaking wet with milk.
