The company would be rolling out is ERP (enterprise resource planning) solution in the region. Sonia would be traveling to New Zealand, Thailand, Indonesia, and China next month. Unlike when she was the boss of Datacraft where she is pressured to meet sales quota, her job has no sales quota and is not stressful. "I go home at 5:00 pm and spend more time with my family," says Sonia. Who will be next to migrate to Australia?
