IMF, WB watching economic fallout from Thailand coup
SINGAPORE (AP) — The International Monetary Fund and the World Bank said Wednesday they were watching closely for any economic fallout from a military coup in Thailand, and agreed at the end of their meetings on the need to revive global trade talks and curb risks to global growth.

P/$ rate closes at P50.185 to $ 1
The peso rate closed lower at P50.185 to the US dollar yesterday at the Philippine Dealing System of the Bankers Association of the Philippines from P50.12 the previous day. The weighted average rate depreciated to P50.242 from P50.117. Total volume amounted to $ 534.5 million.
