New San Jose Builders presents a landmark
Investing in real estate is not a simple decision to make. With various real estate projects — high-rises, horizontal developments, themed communities, and more — crowding the market, the buyer is constantly satiated with claims, promos, and offers of a better deal. Now, how does one discern which project really gives these five premium benefits, namely: accessibility and convenience, world-class amenities, value for money, worthy investment, and outstanding developer’s track record.
It is easy to evaluate these benefits since these are reflected on the developer’s projects and its upcoming developments. New San Jose Builders Inc. (NSJB), has been building landmarks and communities for the past two decades. It has unveiled its newest project, the Victoria Station to offer these premium benefits.
NSJB said Victoria Station is "value for money" to those who will live in it, and a "worthy investment" to those who will keep it. NSJB’s claim of "earning up to P1 million in two years" is not a marketing gimmick and the company can easily prove this.
"Our payment scheme is designed to be as affordable as possible without sacrificing the quality of the building," said Joff Alcantara, vice president for marketing. "This is really possible because our company does everything — from producing the raw materials to the construction and polishing of the finished product. We are a builder, developer, planner all rolled into one. That’s why we can say that we are more affordable than any other developments in its class."
The 19-storey Victoria Station will be finished in two years, with an estimated appreciation value of up to P1 million within the same period. Currently, the three-bedroom unit is priced at P1.5 million.
The project was formally launched Dec. 15 with Vice President Noli de Castro as guest of honor.
To say that the project is accessible is not enough, since it is literally in the middle of everything. Situated along EDSA, and right beside the MRT station, it is in the middle of Quezon Avenue and Timog Avenue.
"We are proud of Victoria Station because its location is very ideal. You will be in the middle of everything such as schools, universities, hospitals, restaurants, etc." said Alcantara. "When you want to go to the major business districts such as Ortigas or Makati, it is just a ride away since the project has a direct access to the MRT station."
Currently, 21 percent of the project has already been reserved, considering that it was launched very recently.
The project will feature a contemporary architectural design, with model units utilizing the Japanese Zen design philosophy which features less clutter and maximum use of space. There will be 556 loft-type residential units whose owners can enjoy the various amenities such as an infinity pool, a multipurpose function room, a business center, a spa and gym, a coffee shop and a playground for kids.
New San Jose Builders, Inc. was formally established in 1986. It builds and bridges communities with a variety of projects that range from public works, land development to providing affordable housing options in urban and suburban areas.
"It has always been the mission of the company to balance quality and affordability in its undertakings," Alcantara said.
More information is at www.newsanjosebuilders.com. The model units are at The New San Jose Sales Central (100 meters from the GMA MRT station), open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. The Victoria Station is exclusively marketed by Macro Properties Inc.
