Colegio de San Pascual Baylon
Countless souls had passed the portals of St. Pascual Institution since Fr. Juan Dilag, Obando’s parish priest, opened Escuela Catolika on February 11, 1913. What started as a catechetical class soon expanded into a pre-elementary, elementary, and secondary school under the aegis of the Sisters of the Religious of the Virgin Mary (RVM). The school was incorporated in 1921 and was recognized by the government. In 1936, the elementary department was completed with the addition of the intermediate level. The high school department opened in 1939 and was completed in 1943.

CSPB: Educator of, and for life
On February 11, 1913, Escuela Catolica opened its doors to educate the young people of Obando, Bulacan. It is probably one of the oldest Catholic schools in the entire province. From Esculea Catolica, its name was changed to San Pascual Institution in 1936 in reverence to one of the town’s three patron saints – San Pascual Baylon. And as it began to offer tertiary education in 1985 it was finally named Colegio de San Pascual Baylon (CSPB).
