Death toll in Cebu helicopter crash rises to 9 as co-pilot dies
The co-pilot of the illf-ated Philippine Air Force (PAF) Vietnam War-era UH-1H Huey helicopter that crashed on two tricycles on the road in Barangay Humay-humay, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu Province last Saturday died while being treated in a hospital, bringing to nine the total number of persons killed in the accident.

The Ombudsman and the Civil Service Commission (CSC) have reminded all government officials and employees, whether elected or appointed, that today, April 30, is the deadline for them to file their Statements of Assets and Liabilities (SAL) as required by Republic Act 6713, the Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees.
