Smooth Listening with the Jabra S5010 Multimedia Speaker
A "docking station" automatically means that it is a multimedia speaker that is more or less exclusive to iPods (unless stated otherwise). and being an iPod convert myself, I find docking stations a bit expensive. The thing is, docking stations doesn't just act as a multimedia speaker for you iPod but also serves as a DC charger. Docking stations are fit for those iPod-owners who don't want to rely on charging via the supplied USB cable.

Watching IT
More than a hundred actors, both in lead roles and bit players, were killed during the last national drama event, otherwise known as election period in this country. More are expected to join their unhappy ranks as the votes are counted and tallied at the usual snail’s pace. My guess is, and let me make it clear that it is just a guess, a considerable number of the killings involved issues related to loyalty or lack of it. At first glance, Filipinos may seem tolerant of political butterflies. But though they may not put much weight on loyalty, some Filipinos would kill to get even with those who would betray them.

Digital Citizens: To Protect and Serve
One of the downside of the Internet is it makes copying someone's work faster and easier. Before, copying someone's work can be considered labor-intensive. Now with technology - it's as simple as select, copy and paste. And with the variety of content available on the web - text, images, audio and video, technology has taken plagiarism into another level. And as I always say, it takes technology to fight technology.

ENJOY DIGITAL LIFE WITH THE O3 DIGITAL PHONE
If you think the dual SIM phone that we featured last week is a one-of-a-kind mobile phone, well, here's another one that can take on two SIM cards at the same time.

The End of the Road
Talk about pictures and photography, the name KODAK will definitely be around the corner. Yes, the name has been so popular here in the Philippines to the extent that people will say "I-KODAK mo ako" (take my picture), "KODAK-AN Tayo" (group photo) or "Pa-KODAK Tayo" (lets have our picture taken) most of the time rather than using the right terms - that is because the name KODAK became synonymous to pictures.

Tender loving mobile care
I recently saw a video clip in the internet where people talked about their mobile phones. To some, a mobile phone is their best friend and constant companion while to others, it’s simply something they couldn’t live without.

Watching IT
Election Day is finally here upon us, the day for which our unending lines of politicians and similar hacks have been killing and getting killed, both figuratively and literally. An orgy, otherwise known as election season, includes lots of money, sinister deals, turncoats and double-faced, fork-tongued slithering creatures we have grown accustomed to calling as politicians and government officials, now goes through its final stages.

LU! BEAT
To handle a massive, fully 3D rendered online game like ‘Perfect World’, its system required reliable and unfailing servers that are both dependably fast and exceptionally powerful -- in other words, absolutely “perfect”! This is why Level Up! built its infrastructure on Perfect World’s servers with the superior performance found in Dell and Intel technologies.

Blog-O-Rama
Writing and designing at the same time is a rare gift and both talents are possessed by Mae Lynn Paulino who connects with the online world via her blog "Last Leaf Designs and Chronicles" which was nominated in the Personal category in the recent Philippine Blog Awards. Only nineteen, Mae also writes creative pieces and may just indulge full-blast in her web designing passion someday. "I like to design but I love converting the designs to XHTML and CSS more. I don't consider myself a geek because if the person I'm talking to starts complaining about their hard drives, or the cache stuff in their scripts I might collapse due to profuse nose bleeding, hehe." Let's get to know more about this young lady in the following interview:

ON THE HIGH-DEFINITION FRONT: A LAPTOP WITH BLU-RAY
The war between the HD-DVD and Blu-ray formats rages on, but it is still quite difficult to find PCs and laptops that can handle either of the new standards for high-definition video.

Mommy Techie Talks
BRB? ROTFL? LOL? It's Greek to me!

Having Fun with I.T.
Bringing music wherever we go is fast becoming a norm nowaways - actually it is already the norm. You can see people from walks of life carrying their favorite players, listening and dancing to their favorite music. Why don't we take this music craze to another level - why don't we put our music on the web and listen to it online. It will act as your online storage and player at the same time. Where do we do this? - at http://www.mediamaster.com/
