Transfer of 2 provincial police offices opposed
BAGUIO CITY – Cordillera leaders are opposing an order by Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Director-General Oscar Calderon to transfer the supervision of two provincial police offices back to the Cagayan Valley regional police office.
