168 out of 429 pass exam for master plumbers
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced yesterday that 168 out of 429 passed the Master Plumber Licensure Examination given by the Board for Master Plumbers in Manila, Cebu, and Davao this September, 2007.

President Arroyo issued last Thursday Proclamation No. 1377 offering amnesty to members of the Communist Party of the Philippines-New People’s Army-National Democratic Front (CPP-NPA-NDF) and other communist rebel groups in the country.
