Michael Schulz has been appointed managing director for Wella Philippines and Wella Indonesia as of July 1, 2007. He assumes these responsibilities in addition to his current role as the country head of Wella Thailand.

With almost 23 years of service for Wella/P&G Professional Care, Michael Schulz brings in his dedication, industry knowhow and professional expertise to the salon business.

Pacific Internet

Pacific Internet, an affiliate of Pacific Internet Limited, appointed Ms. Rosemarie Pineda as the new Vice President for Product Development and Marketing.

In her dual function as the head for both marketing and product development, Pineda will supervise the development of new products and IP services such as Voice-over Internet Protocol (VoIP), data/Internet access and other value added services like managed security according to the needs and demands of the local market.

Ace Saatchi & Saatchi

Rey Icasas, president of Ace Saatchi & Saatchi, recently announced the promotion of two of the agency’s vice presidents.

Jocelyn A. Villacorta has been appointed as vice president/Strategic Planning and Research Director. A 27-year veteran of Ace Saatchi, Villacorta started as an assistant project Manager in 1980.

Juan Eduardo Gatbonton has been promoted to vice president/director for Media and Consumer Connections. He takes on the task of pursuing business targets in the agency’s holistic process, closely coordinating with the heads of Public Relations, Marketing Services & Promotions and Design—standalone units under the Saatchi Inspire umbrella.
