The Philippine Quill Awards has a new Communication Creative Division with six Categories -- publication design, graphic design, interactive media, outdoor/3-D, photography and advertising.

The International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Philippines president Roni Tapia-Merk, President and CEO of MerkComm, said "The entries should be written, packaged and submitted soon as the deadline is already on Oct. 22, 2007.
