More development work at Federal Land’s Bay Garden
Life at Bay Garden, Federal Land’s sprawling residential condominium complex located near scenic Manila Bay, keeps getting more exciting with the addition of Palawan Tower. Launched recently, the construction of the Palawan Tower has been in full swing since April. The building is now 30 percent complete, as masonry works, roughing-in works for the drainage, waterlines, and electrical lines are ongoing.
On the other hand, Mactan Tower, the fourth Bay Garden tower which precedes the Palawan Tower, is now going through waterproofing works in upper floors as well as installation of plumbing fixtures. With almost 90 percent of construction now finished, Federal Land expects to hit the completion date set at the end of the year.
The Palawan and Mactan Towers join Federal Land’s array of top condominium residences in Bay Garden: Anchor Bay, Boardwalk Bay, and Crystal Bay towers, where vibrant communities are already being enjoyed by the residents.
With its proximity to Manila Bay, Bay Garden offers residents a taste of resort living within the city.
