These access routes are important to the economic and industrial center of Greenfield City – the Greenfield Auto Park and Sta. Rosa Business Park. Greenfield Auto Park (GAP) is a special industrial estate accredited by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) that is home to automotive and auto-related manufacturing firms.
Also located nearby is Greenfield Automall, a five-hectare hub of related automotive, retail and commercial establishments. Sta. Rosa Business Park, on the other hand, is the primary office and commercial zone of the area, also contributing to job and industry generation.
In the heart of the residential sector and the neighboring communities is Paseo de Sta. Rosa, a commercial and leisure center which has undergone numerous expansions since its opening. Paseo de Sta.
