With almost everything in the modern world turning toxic, people’s physical and emotional wellness are greatly affected. Realizing the need to provide people a diversion from the busy world and a perfect getaway to ease the tension as well as the impurities brought by modern living, Executive Facial Care (EFC) came to be.
"We are in the business of helping people keep their skin and face look youthful and lovely," says EFC manager Joe dela Luna. For the past four years, EFC has been offering facial services, body treatments, products, and cosmetic surgery to people of Laguna at affordable prices.
During a visit at the main branch in J. Alcasid Business Center, Crossing in Calamba City, Dela Luna shares that EFC started modestly and have tripled the staff and facilities over the years to cope with the growing demand. "Our fast growth can be attributed to the quality and affordability of services we offer and skin care products which every customer found very effective," he says.
Catering to People's Need
Vanity is one single quality that both men and women share. Thus, the center’s target became not only the women but men as well. "Most of our clients are women but since the trend has changed, we get a very fast-growing market of men who are concerned about grooming," he says.
EFC's products and services are categorized depending on the needs of the clients and upon consultation with dermatologist Dr. Alma Alipio. "Our main service is facial, a treatment that purifies and nourishes the skin using gentle facial vacuum that unclogs blocked and polluted skin cells. But our regular customers encouraged us to offer other services so they would no longer have to transfer to other centers," he tells.
Services such as hand spa, diamond peeling and foot spa, which is among the in demand services became available. "It involves a luxurious soak in a warm foot spa, salt scrub, a towel foot wrap, and foot and leg massage that helps people relieve aches and pains along with a free pedicure. It's even performed by two staff to ensure fast yet quality service," he says. Meanwhile, the hand spa includes soaking, cuticle care, hydrating hand and arm massage, and the client’s choice of nail polish.
Caring for the body, the EFC offers Backcial treatment that nurtures and rejuvenates the back area, Thai Foot Massage that uses special sticks to massage the foot, Body Therapy Massage which uses Xiamen Style, Swedish Massage, body scrub, body bleaching, waxing for the legs, arms, armpits, and bikini area and hand and foot paraffin wax treatment that uses melted paraffin wax to smoothen the skin and to help hydration and relaxation.
Combining Beauty and Practicality
EFC is not only confined on aesthetic purposes alone, dela Luna says that it also offers surgeries as well as consultations outside the hospital setting. Aside from the usual spa services, the center boasts of its affordable surgical and non-surgical treatments done by cosmetic surgeon Dr. Wilson Cabansag such as nose lift, bust augmentation, lip enhancement, hair transplant, liposuction, dimple, clef chin, beautox, as well as eyelash perming and warts removal.
Aside from an array of relaxing treatments, the center also offers products guaranteed to solve skin and body problems like whitening and anti-aging soaps, anti-blemish and rejuvenating lotions, antibiotic creams, acne medications that come in gel, toner, and soap forms, pimple whitening creams, sunblock creams and spray, liquid foundations, moisturizing creams, bleaching, nutri-milk, cell renewal, clarifying, and shimmering lotions, soaps made from oatmeal, papaya and milk, pimple preventive soaps and toners, and hypoallergenic soaps among others.
Executive Facial Care’s strength lies on its modern facilities, competent staff, and quality skin care products developed by in-house chemists and are made from high-grade imported materials. Because of the effectivity of these products, the demand for distribution has also emerged.
