This is accomplished by partnering with major SI (System Integrators) and topnotch hardware and software retailers where they design, create and demonstrate business solutions with the client even before a costly purchase is even made.

An example of the customized solutions created at the Solutions Center is its consumer banking solution. Eliminating endless queues at the bank, a unique business solution allow clients to simply present their cash or check at the counter and sit back and experience the digital ease of Epson’s integrated products.

To illustrate, Epson’s TM-T88IV first prints a queue number. A smooth exchange then follows as the TMJ9100 verifies the clients’ IDs and would also scan the check, print validation and receipts. Serving as the finale is the moment when the PLQ-20DM prints updates on the clients’ passbook. This unique business solution reduces the time allotted for waiting in long queues, while increasing the bank’s internal productivity and efficiency.

Also found at the Center is the "Engineering Corner" - an area where solution developments are formed through the expertise of end-users, system integrators, ISP’s (independent software providers) and Epson engineers. Then, there are training facilities within the Center wherein clients are able to attend skills development seminar, trainings and workshops that teaches them how to maximize their digital equipments and increase productivity as well.
