Beauty care brand gets a makeover

British-born beauty retailer, The Body Shop International, recently opened its bigger and better relocated store in Glorietta late last month.
Guests were welcomed with brightly lit interiors and organized product displays that are easy to navigate. Indeed, this refreshing new look gives a whole new experience to cosmetic and grooming shopping.
With the new look, the brand proudly shows off over 900 pampering products, with gift selections (that they are known for) all year round. Must-buys include their Body Butters, skin care ranges such as vitamins C and E, and their latest Spring make-up collection. What also sets this brand apart is their strong social and environmental beliefs, thus the "Made with Passion" phrase that one can find all throughout the store and their products. This statement represents the company’s vision, mission, and objective(s), which are: against animal testing, activate self-esteem, support community trade, defend human rights, and protect our planet.
Beauty editors and celebrities, as well as other special guests, were treated to a special make-up demonstration by The Body Shop Business Development Manager for Make-up Muhammad Shahrul Bin Hussin. Together with his Colour Coaches from Singapore, they eagerly shared their make-up tips and how-to’s with everyone at the launch.
