Just Point and Shoot – More Features with Canon
DIGIC III, Canon’s proprietary Digital Imaging Processor, powers all of the cameras being launched today. This technology enhances the products’ internal image processing which results in faster speed, more accurate auto-focus and improved image quality. DIGIC III enables improved face detection features like Face Detection Auto Focus (AF) and Face Select and Track features, which are extremely useful functions for both still and moving subjects because the camera locks on the target subject, even when it moves.
All of the new Canon point and shoot digital cameras also boast of ISO 80 -1600 and a High ISO Auto of up to 1600 with Motion Detection Technology that allows the camera to correct movement blur or reduce noise depending in the subject’s movement. The 2.5" LCD screens also allow users to enjoy the AF point zoom feature that can make them see a close up of their subject first, before pressing the shutter button.

Laser Shot: Top Notch Print Performance
Canon raises the standard for dependable high quality laser printing with the Laser Shot LBP 3310 and LBP 3370 compact monochrome laser printers.
Designed for stress-free large volume printing in home and SOHO environments, the Laser Shot LBP 3310 and LBP 3370 are capable of ultra-fast printing at 26 pages per minute (ppm) for single-sided printing.
This printing speed is more than enough to handle the demands and document requirements of most small businesses. In addition, auto-duplexing comes built-in as a standard feature and a Quick Print function means that it takes a mere 6.5 seconds for a First Page Out Time (FPOT). Both Laser Shot printers feature zero warm-up time from standby mode, due to Canon’s On-Demand Fixing technology.
Setting New Standards for Display: Small, Quick and Powerful
Equipped with the best of Canon’s optical and imaging technologies, the XEED and LV projectors deliver outstanding display clarity and contrast while maintaining lightweight and compact designs.
The XEED SX7 and XEED X700 multimedia projectors are armed with the revolutionary Aspectual Illumination System (AISYS) technology, which helps overcome the size and cost limitations of traditional projectors. Using LCOS (Liquid Crystal on Silicon) panels to deliver seamless image clarity with ultra-fine pitch, AISYS enables the XEED projectors to be highly portable without compromising brightness and clarity.
Its new 275W NSH (AC) projection lamp together with Canon’s AISYS technology give the XEED SX7 and XEED X700 the brightness level of 4000 lumens - a standard which was previously unattainable for any ultra-portable range of LCOS projectors. The XEED projectors are also equipped with 1.7-times zoom lenses and a one-touch Auto Set button for fuss-free operation and setup.
For large indoor and outdoor venue display, the new LV7585 stands out as the perfect solution.
The Canon LV7585 projector delivers native XGA projections with a brightness of 6,500 lumens using a newly developed 330 W NSHA lamp and high-aperture-ratio LCD panels. It also features a much improved contrast ratio of 1600:1, one of the highest contrast ratios currently available in the market.
For smaller venues where ultra-portability is desired, the new Canon LV7365 comes into play.
The LV7365 produces an output of 3000 lumens by incorporating a new highly efficient 210W NSHA lamp, ensuring that large and clear images can also be projected even in smaller spaces with high levels of ambient light. The 500:1 contrast ratio faithfully renders deep blacks and rich tones thus allowing accurate colour reproduction true to the source image.
Experience first hand the beauty and power of these 16 new products in the Canon ImageNation Summer 2008 mall tour in SM malls nationwide, beginning in March 27, 2008.
