Lobregat did the rounds of the Climaco Freedom Park, the different churches and other places of convergence during the Holy Week not only to participate in the religious activities but also to monitor the situation.

He observed that no untoward incident was reported during the Holy Week in the city, allowing the Catholic and other Christian faithful to do their religious obligations.

The police and the military, in coordination with the barangay officials and other volunteer groups, implemented a comprehensive security plan to ensure law and order in all places where Catholic devotees and other Christian groups observe their Lenten rituals.
