GMA checks up on progress of cases vs flour smugglers
President Arroyo yesterday checked up on the progress of cases against flour smugglers and their cohorts at the Bureau of Customs and issued specific instructions to speed up the disposition of cases at the agency to send a strong message to unscrupulous traders that the government means business in its drive against illegal activities, especially those that threaten the country’s food security.
