Toshiba’s Computer Systems Division, a division of Toshiba Singapore Pte Ltd, has unravelled its new range of Satellite notebooks that marry cutting edge industrial design with sophisticated entertainment features that let design conscious consumers Do More in Style.
Designed to stand out from the crowd, the new Satellite M300 and A300 come with the new breathtaking Toshiba Fusion Finish, a super-high gloss exterior that’s achieved with a special manufacturing process that involves fusing molten resin into the mold. This reproduces a breathtaking metallic effect with high precision positional accuracy.
The word "Fusion" also represents a combination of innovation, performance and style in Toshiba notebooks and hence the name, Fusion Finish.
Add to this the unique Horizon Line design and you have a stylish notebook that everyone will desire.
Other distinctive design element in this notebook series include a high gloss, tactile keyboard, feather-touch multimedia buttons, flushed touch pad with chrome mouse buttons and a white LED lighted Satellite logo.

SmartFace: Log-on to your notebook conveniently with SmartFace technology, which takes a digital snapshot of the user’s face to create a unique password by digital mapping of key features of the user s face. It also recognizes multiple users and logs on to the Windows operating system without requiring users to remember and type a single password – great for families who may share one notebook.
REGZA-Link: Enjoy an optimal viewing experience on your HDMI-CEC enabled TV. HDMI (High Definition Multimedia Interface) is the next generation digital standard for connecting high-definition video and audio devices. With HDMI-CEC (Consumer Electronics Control), users get not only uncompressed, all-digital audio/video connectivity, but they will also be able control the main multimedia functions (such as menu selection, play pause, forward, back).
FM Tuner: Tune in to your favourite FM station with the built-in FM tuner.
Other key entertainment features include harmon/kardon integrated stereo speakers from the world renowned speaker brand, and Dolby Sound Room technology for a surround sound effect with just a pair of stereo speakers.
Selected models also feature a DVD SuperMulti drive and LabelFlash technology, that lets you label DVDs with sophisticated, high-contrast pictures on DVD-R LabelFlash from Fujufilm.
