FDI flows fall to $ 327 million in 2 months
The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) said the country’s foreign direct investments (FDIs) amounted to $ 327 million in the first two months of the year, 74.5 percent lower compared to the same period in 2007.

P/$ rate closes at P42.655/$ 1
The peso exchange rate closed lower at P42.655 to the US dollar yesterday at the Philippine Dealing & Exchange Corp. (PDEx) from P42.48 last Friday. The weighted average rate depreciated to P42.623 from P42.548. Total volume amounted to $ 650 million.
