Supremacy is being superior to all others in authority, power, or status (2008 Oxford Pocket Dictionary of Current English.
Tyranny of words By JULIE YAP DAZA BANGSAMORO Juridical Entity. It’s enough to unleash an epidemic of paranoia. "Bangsa" sounds very much like "bansa," the Filipino word for country, also state, also nation. If there are shades of differences in the meanings of those three words in the national language as ordinary people (rather than linguists or scholars) use it, I would be happy to learn my lesson of the day.
