By now, people may already know that the topic of wellbeing encompasses three aspects: the body, the mind, and the spirit. Question is, where would an extreme sport like kart racing fall under? I have recently learned about CW TV’s latest hit show, Gossip Girl--the TV series, not the book--and I have found it to be very interesting. It’s not because of how well-written the series is, because there really is not much substance, but every episode was like a peek into the fashion, beauty and similar priorities kids these days occupy themselves with. It can get truly entertaining, almost like watching an adolescent version of Sex and the City.
Everything’s Eraserheads
I wasn’t at the Eraserheads reunion concert last Saturday, for various reasons which I won’t get into here. I was, however, lucky enough to be at the concert rehearsal at the venue the night before, and that was mind-blowing enough for me.
