AgriNurture Inc. (ANI), a leading agro-industrial company, is aiming to hit more than P5 billion revenue next year once it has put in place its expansion and its initial public offering (IPO) slated within the year.
"Right now, our goal is to create a P5 billion revenue company by 2009, and as high as we can achieve." ANI president and CEO Antonio Tiu said during the unveiling of its new veggies brand called "Fresh Choice Always or FCA.
The company’s target revenue for the year is P3 billion and Tiu said we want to exceed the target by creating a double-digit gross profit revenue from our revenue target next year.
"Profit is not our main priority but because of our zero management approach, we are actually the most profitable agricultural company probably in Asia," Tiu said.
"We will be the next biggest name in the next couple of year," he added.
The launching of the veggies brand affirms its commitment to the safety and freshness of all vegetables.
ANI vice president and COO Dennis Sia said: "We plan to expand the market of FCA with the launching of fresh depot and FCA cart for housewife and business people."
The fresh depot initial targets is in Alabang, Fort Bonifacio, Makati, Ortigas, and Greenbelt.
Today, FCA is launching its e-commerce website targeting the institutional buyers like restaurants, canteen, catering company.
In terms of pricing, FCA veggies is in the medium price category.
First Class Agriculture Corp., ANI’s wholly owned subsidiary are the biggest suppliers of fresh vegetables to SM’s chains of Supermarket and Hypermarket stores in Luzon, including SM’s in house Bonus brand, it also supplies Makro Supermarket and other buyers.
ANI strengthened four of its major subsidiaries for a wide market coverage not only abroad, but also in Luzon.
ANI’s various products, including fresh fruits and canned processed fruit – based products are exported worldwide to all the continents except for Africa and South America .
