In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) yesterday, DFNN said they have signed several agreements with VSEC.Com Inc., a wholly-owned unit of the Metro Gaisano Group.

Under the agreements, DFNN will provide the back-office system, front-end system, and website needed for VSEC to implement and operate an online securities and brokerage company.

The systems to be provided by DFNN are deemed by MetroGaisano to be crucial in realizing their vision of an active on-line securities brokerage company, said DFNN.

The agreements signed include a master service agreement, an end-user software license agreement, and a hardware outsourcing and network management and maintenance service agreement.
