Alim acknowledged the “relentless” support of the provincial government led by North Cotabato Governor Emmylou “Lala” Taliño-Mendoza, as well as the assistance of the neighboring towns of Midsayap, Pigcawayan, Libungan, and Banisilan, where rural hospitals accommodated cholera-stricken villagers from Barangay Dado.
