Witness a festival of beauty as GMA Network proudly airs on Sept. 28, the highly anticipated grand coronation night of the Miss World Pageant 2013 to be held at the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center in Bali, Indonesia.

After over a month of screenings and preliminary events, the Philippines’ very own Megan Lynne Young, among the 131 contestants from all over the world, has by far ranked high specifically in the Beach Fashion Challenge and the Top Model Event—a glittering fashion show showcasing the unique talents of Indonesian designers.

Aside from her beauty and poise, Megan has also turned out to be one of the most talked about candidates as she has been reported to have excelled in the Beauty with a Purpose portion of the pageant. Also giving pride to the Philippines is her inclusion in the list of candidates who will perform in the pageant night’s Dances of the World production number.

Also participating in the event is Miss World 2011 First Princess Gwendoline Ruais, who will be one of the presenters.

Will Megan Young finally bring home the elusive Miss World crown?

Keep your fingers crossed and witness the majestic and spectacular grand coronation night of Miss World 2013 this Saturday at 10:30 p.m. after “Celebrity Bluff.”

Yah I agree. Am not comfortable that our country will be represented by someone with a foreign name. Dapat 100% full-blooded Filipino. Look at other countries, they are sending their natural colors. Puro kasi plastic tayo.
