CAMP PRESIDENT QUIRINO, Bantay, Ilocos Sur — A barangay kagawad was shot and killed by unidentified motorcycle-riding men on Rizal St., Barangay 3, Vigan City last Friday morning. The victim was hit the left arm with slug exiting in the chest. He died while he was being taken to a hospital.
