If there is one word that would best describe Philosophy by Mikaela Advanced Aesthetic Center, it is aggressive. Yes, everybody who reads the papers should know by now what we mean. It’s been noted that the aesthetic center hasn’t only been aggressive in its advertising campaign to create awareness of its existence and its various services, it is also aggressive in its choice of endorsers.

Just recently, beauty and wellness expert Mikaela Bilbao, the owner, held a press conference at the Imperial Palace Suites to introduce the three “goddesses” she’d signed up to endorse Philosophy by Mikaela Advances Aesthetic Center. They are Pops Fernandez, Ruffa Gutierrez and Rufa Mae Quinto, goddesses indeed in their own respective rights.

Mikaela chose them in lieu of the many commonalities they share between Philosophy, the most significance of which is their steadfast commitment to over-all physical and mental excellence of a person. Over the years, Philosophy by Mikaela has been a consistent brand leader in the field of physical aesthetics and wellbeing.

Mikaela revealed at the presscon that “dati mataba ako but because of science and technology, gumanda ang katawan ko, without surgery and dieting. Kasi masarap kumain. She offers guaranteed treatment, she said, or you’ll get your money back. She uses non-abrasive methods, and at very affordable prices “so more people can avail themselves of our services. We use advanced medical equipment backed up by medical studies...”

Pops, Ruffa and Rufa Mae are iconic figures in the field of beauty and wellness and these celebrity goddesses form a fabulous triumvirate that best exemplifies Philosophy by Mikaela Advanced Aesthetic Center’s commitment to the perfection of the symmetrical balance between every woman’s inner and outer beauty. Like its endorsers, Philosophy embodies a high-level of professionalism that is at par with the highest standards of beauty and wellbeing.

Together, Pops, Ruffa,   Rufa Mae and philosphy bring the power of attraction to life with the latter’s cutting edge and state-of-the-art technology (imported from Switzerland, France and Israel) and impeccable services.

Rufa Mae endorses Philosophy’s skin-whitening services, which consists of the brand’s patented regenerative power white stemcels treatment, which guarantees the renewal and instant rejuvenation of the skin. Other notable treatments over at Philosophy are its O2 (oxygen) liquid face-lift – the first and only procedure in the Philippines, which is exactly what Madonna uses in the US; and a high-end IPL Hair Removal system.

Pops, on the other hand, represents Philosophy’s non-invasive slimming services which consists of Nova-Shape (a technology that employs ultrasounds in the rapid burning of body fats) and Multi-Polar (a machine that uses radio-frequency that instantly tones, tightens, and slims the body), among others.

Ruffa endorses Philosophy’s salon services from make-up to hair care and styling. It should be noted that Philosophy is the sole distributor of the highly exclusive and stylish Frederic Fekkai products here in the Philippines.

Philosophy by Mikaela Advanced Aesthetic Center is located at Penthouse Level 832 Arnaiz Ave., Makati City, and Ground Floor of Forbestown Center, Rizal Drive, Bonifacio Global City. Philosophy by Mikaela will also soon open branches in Sgt. Esguerra St. in Quezon City and in Alabang.

Asian hit horror movie to be shown locally

“Long Khong (Art of the Devil 3),” an Asian horror movie, will soon be released in Metro Manila by the World Asia Film Exchange. The movie is a blockbuster in Malaysia and other Asian countries. The stars are Suppakom Kitsuwan, Namo Tonggumnerd, Paweena Sharifsakul, Napakpapah Nakprasit and Caroline Supalak Neenmayothin.

The movie delivers a strong message for humanity: Once you practice black magic, you become the prisoner of its evil cycle, experiencing bad karma for your evil deeds. The movie will open March 25 in some Metro Manila theaters.

Randy Badron, who is releasing the movie, said that his company is also considering producing here in the Philippines and they are looking into the possibility of getting the services of Robin Padilla, a fellow Muslim.  He said it would be the kind of movie that would delineate a good relationship of a Muslim and a Christian, that both can co-exist and live peacefully together.

Randy also said that there is much to understand about the Muslim, and doing a movie featuring a Christian and a Muslim would help enlighten the people, especially among the Christians.
The core of the story – Long Khong the (Art of the Devil) is about a husband falling in love with another woman by getting rid of his wife. This marks the start of horrible and strange things happening in their lives, which takes root in revenge and obsession to bring back to life a beloved who died. Here, black magic is used and the horror and suspense begin!
