Actress Katrina Halili’s lawyer, Raymund Palad has asked the public to leave veteran talent manager Lolit Solis out of the Hayden Kho-Katrina Halili sex video brouhaha.

“Nagkausap na po kami ni Ms. Lolit Solis. Pasensya na at nadamay siya,” said Atty. Palad.

Solis’s name hit the headlines anew last July 16 when an audiotape in which she is heard allegedly giving Kho “instructions” on how to act in public, surfaced.

The veteran manager owned up to the recording but emphasized that the conversation was taken out of context.

“I dare them to come out with the whole recording…the one that includes the beginning and end of the meeting so that the public may know what really happened,” she said.

However, Atty. Palad said the audiotape will be forwarded to the National Bureau of Investigations (NBI).

“Let’s leave Miss Lolit Solis [out of this],” he said. “[Anyway ay] iisa naman ang hangarin namin…ang mapatanggalan ng lisensya si Hayden Kho sa PRC. Mag-focus na ulit tayo sa legal [aspect of the case].”

More of Solis’s taped conversation with Kho was aired in “The Buzz” on July 19.

“Kapag ginawa yung pagso-sorry, make sure na talagang malungkot ang face mo. What they’re saying was you were never sorry for what you’ve done. Ang look daw sa face mo that time was not really repentant, kung hindi [ay] defiant ka pa,” she said on tape.

Solis also told Kho to wait for the “euphoria” to subside when people would realize that “hindi naman ganun kalinis na babae si Katrina.”

The manager said that the audiotape is a record of a meeting she had with Dr. Hayden Kho, Jr. and Dr. Vicki Belo, among others handling the case on May 21, upon Belo’s invitation.

The meeting was not about “organizing” or “planning” the scandal, but merely a “discussion,” Solis said.

“[Ngayon] para [na] akong patis na sinasawsawan ng lahat kaya [naman] naloloka na ako, ha!”

On tape, Solis also cited herself as example to Kho on how he may be able to overcome his situation.

“Nuong [Filmfest] scam, ako ang pinaka-hated na tao sa buong Pilipinas. Pero nuong nakita nang buong Pilipinas na nagsisi ako, tinanggap nila ulit ako.

“The best way pa is for your mother to ask for an apology in your behalf. Dahil ang mga Pilipino, close sa nanay nila.”

However, Solis lost all confidence in Hayden after he told him that he erases all of his sex videos, the Holy Week after these are taped.

“[Kung ganun], bakit dalawang Mahal na Araw na ang dumaan [ay] di pa rin nabura yung kay Katrina? Sabi ko [sa sarili ko], ‘Bad boy to, hindi na ‘to magbabago,’” she said.

Solis denied that she had changed sides; that she now supports Kho over Halili.

“I was fighting for what she’s (Katrina) fighting. Bilang babae at nanay…she was on the right track na she was running after Hayden para magdusa si Hayden. Pero yung may demanda na kay Princess, kay Dra Belo at Belo Medical…ano na ang pinaglalaban dito ? Kaya nagsalita na ako.

“In the first place, wala namang ganitong kaso kung di niya (Katrina) pinatulan si Hayden.”
