Roderick Paulate affirmed Judy Ann Santos’ claim that he walked out of the set of “Oh! My Girl” not because of her but of a wrong call time.

The veteran actor said he was asked to report to the set hours earlier than his actual call time. Although peeved with the mistake, Roderick stayed to wait for his turn to shoot.

Eventually, a staff member informed Roderick that the next scene to be shot is his. A few minutes later, the same person went up and apologized to him, saying it was actually another actor who was needed at the time. Allegedly, this scenario was repeated three times.

But what broke the camel's back was when Roderick was asked to do a VTR interview for the movie while waiting to shoot his scenes. The actor reportedly lost his cool and gave the staff a piece of his mind.

"I didn't come here to do a VTR interview. Nagpunta ako rito para mag-shooting," he allegedly told the staff.

The actor then went up to his director Dante Nico Garcia and complained about the lousy coordination of the production. Roderick left the location without shooting any of his scenes.

In a separate interview, Judy Ann spurned rumors that she provoked Roderick to walk out of the set of “Oh My Girl.”

The actress said that though she was feeling ill that day and had to leave at midnight, this was not the reason the veteran actor got annoyed.
