PMA entrance exams set in Caraga
Camp Rafael C. Rodriguez, Butuan City – The Police Regional Office 13 (PRO 13) announced the holding of the Philippine Military Academy Entrance Examination (PMAEE) at the regional police headquarters here on August 30.
“The PMA is once again calling on our country’s young, able-bodied, and intelligent men and women to be part of the Cadet Corps of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP),” said PRO 13 regional director Chief Supt. Lino Calingasan.
He said the qualifications for admission to the entrance examination includes the following: (1.) Natural born Filipino citizen. (2.) Physically fit and of good moral character. (3.) Single and have never been married. (4.) Height Requirements – 5’4” if male; and 5’2” if female; (not to exceed 6’4” for both). (5.) At least high school graduate with a grade point average (GPA) of 85 percent or higher; and (6.) At least 17-years-old but not a day older than 22 years on 01 April of the year following the date of examination taken.
The PMA Entrance Examination covers the subjects Algebra and Geometry, Grammar and Composition, Reading and Comprehension, Verbal and Numerical Reasoning and Pattern Analysis, added Calingasan.
