Psychic Danny Cinco, during a recent press conference at Dulcinea Tomas Morato, shared his positive vibrations about actress Marian Rivera. He declared that her career will continue to soar to new heights and more successes will be coming her way. And believe it or not, he was right in the TV aspect of Marian’s career!

Marian Rivera’s “Darna,” her latest primetime TV show with GMA-7, flew high and proud with a premiere ratings of 44.09% in Mega Manila and a 20.8% in the AGB Nielsen NUTAM overnight data, making “Darna” No. 1 in its timeslot.

The successful debut of Marian Rivera as the new Darna last Monday, Aug. 10 also served as an advance and precious birthday gift to the actress who celebrated her 25th birthday taping more episodes for “Darna” in their set located in San Jose Delmonte, Bulacan. She was surprised by the cast and crew of “Darna” with a birthday lunch to also celebrate their early success!

The said ratings too was also the positive answer to the prayer and wish that Marian shared during the press conference of “Darna” a week ago that people or televiewers would also love the series once again and also her as the new Darna. To that she was grateful for all the support “Darna’s” been receiving so far.

“We are happy with the ratings of ‘Darna.’ We promise to give the viewers more engaging scenes in the coming days. We feel that our viewers missed our tele-fantaseryes. We just want to tell them that we are back,” exclaimed an ecstatic Redgie Magno, the GMA-7’s Senior Production Manager.

Head writer Jun Lana also shared the same enthusiasm of the whole “Darna” production.

“I’m just thankful and at the same time so relived and happy kasi talagang ang tagal naming pinag-aralan ito. Talagang hindi biro at nahihirapan akong isipin na how can this be different from the last one which was just four years ago. So I really had to think out of the box,” expressed Jun Lana.

“Darna” for him too is a totally different experience despite the fact that they were given guidelines and a set of characters by the Ravelos.

“We have to work around that but at the same time gusto namin ng bagong bihis. Nang binigay sa akin yan, ang una ko talagang naisip, kung ikaw talaga si Narda at sinabi sa ‘yo na magiging superhero pero you have to give up so much, tatanggihan mo ‘yung bato. And for me, in all the Darnas I’ve heard about, parang wala pang tumanggi sa bato. I asked myself what kind of Darna will she be kung itong Narda na ito tinanggihan ang bato. So doon namin sinimulan ang ‘Darna’ na ito. Ito ang unang Narda na tumanggi sa bato,” he described.

With a batting average of 95% of his predictions coming true, which psychic Danny Cinco bragged about, Marian’s projects other than “Darna” like her TV sitcom with world boxing champion Manny Pacquiao and her upcoming movies like “Tarot” and “Nieves” would also be successful in the ratings game as well as in the box-office respectively.

Jun Lana who also directed Marian Rivera in “Tarot” couldn’t be happier saying that the high ratings earned by “Darna” could translate well to her movies with a lot of people, especially her fans, watching her on the big screen!

Aside from Marian Rivera, Danny Cinco also shared good vibrations about matinee idol Richard Gutierrez. He said that the lawsuit would drag on but he would redeem himself and would win the said case.

The popular psychic to the stars and politicians also shared that a total of three young female stars coming from both the Kapuso and the Kapamilya network would become pregnant. He also warned of a young actor that he should take care of himself especially while driving.

And when asked if Governor Vilma Santos would win the presidential election in 2010 if she decides to run, Danny Cinco only expressed that the winner of the election would be because that candidate was well prepared and had good machinery. What he shared though was the “disturbing vibrations” he has felt for a long time and would want to share – that the country would have another “bad luck” if a senator would emerge to be the next president.
