A royal breakfast

Someone once said that a man should eat like a king for breakfast, eat like a prince for lunch, and eat like a pauper for dinner. And even if this saying is more applicable for health concerns rather than the actual enjoyment of the meal, it is true that breakfast meals are fit for a king.
Flapjacks, known for serving breakfast meals all day long, understands this phenomenon. But while breakfast is all well and good, everybody knows that too much of a good thing can sometimes be tiresome. This is why Flapjacks has just spruced up its menu and added more items, making it more versatile.
“While we have breakfast all day, every day, we also have delicious choices for lunch and dinner which you can eat during breakfast or anytime you want to. Our versatile menu cuts across different day parts,” explains Claudine Peciller, Flapjacks’ Director for Operations.
Alongside their Grandslammers (an assortment of breakfast favorites, with the likes of eggs, bacon, sausages, and the like), pancakes, omelettes, French toasts and waffles, they have also included items for lunch and dinner. There is the White Fish Hollandaise, a creamy fried fish with a hefty serving of herb rice. Not to mention their Baby Back Ribs, Country Fried Chicken Steak, Beef Salpicao, and the Flapjacks Meatloaf.
For those craving a lighter meal, Flapjacks also has several options, such as the Chilled Mango Salad, Putanesca with Angel Hair Pasta, Tender Ginger Chicken Breast, and Asian-Lite Salad.
Now who says you can’t have everything?
Flapjacks restaurants are located at Greenbelt 2, Greenhills Theater Mall, Robinsons Midtown Manila and UP Ayala Technohub. For more information, visit www.flapjacks.com.ph.
