Eton Properties Philippines Inc. is launching four new projects in the next six months as it is fast running out of inventories following a recovery in demand for real estate experienced from June to August this year.

In a press briefing Thursday, Eton president Danilo Ignacio said they will need to put up a new high rise residential condominium in Manila area, as well as in its Centris complex in Quezon City and in Eton City in Laguna.

Aside from these, the firm is launching next week the third residential enclave in its 1,000-hectare Eton City project in Sta. Rosa, Laguna to be developed by fully-owned subsidiary Belton Communities, Inc.

To be called West Wing Residences the mid-priced housing community features 2, 3 and 4 bedroom house and lot units ranging in price from P2.3 million to P4.9 million.

The project will be developed on a 20 hectare lot and will comprise the first phase of what is planned to be a four- phase development on a 100-hectare property set aside for affordable to middle income housing.

Ignacio said the lot was originally planned for development as a golf course but they opted to redesign it into a residential community after noting a drop in demand for high-end products while middle level residential projects continue to register strong sales.

Designed for start-up families, overseas Filipino workers, retirees and families upgrading to a larger home, the West Wing Residences at Eton City takes off from the company’s successful.

West Wing Residences enclave at North Belton Communities in Quezon City. “West Wing Residences rounds out our package of residential communities in Eton City. We’ve made substantial in-roads with our high-end South Lake Village enclave,” Ignacio said.

He added that “right now, we’ve started filling the 35-hectare lake and it should be visible from the SLEX soon. West Wing balances the residential mix in Eton City by having an affordable house and lot package inside the masterplanned community. Families who want to be part of the Eton City experience now have an exciting option.”

Meanwhile, Ignacio said they will soon be putting up two commercial centers with one in Centris in Quezon City and another one in South Lake, Eton City which is along the main road to Tagaytay.

The one in Quezon City is expected to open by November with SM Hypermarket as anchor tenant while they are still looking for an anchor tenant for the 20-hectare commercial center in Santa Rosa.
