Transcom picks Call Design solution to drive up productivity

Transcom World Wide, a leading global outsourced services provider, has tapped Australia-based Call Design Pty. Ltd. to deliver a hosted workforce management solution that will help it reduce costs, improve productivity and increase service quality.
