PASAY CITY – Mayor Peewee Trinidad has joined the latest Internet craze with the launching of his official Facebook page, saying it is his way of getting closer to the people and the people communicating with him through social networking.

Trinidad also said his page aimed to attract investors and tourists who may wish to visit the city where they can read and see the city government’s current projects and programs.

The mayor’s page will also chronicle his day-to-day activities and update people especially city residents on projects and programs being implemented by the city government to help them.

It also features Trinidad’s insights as well as videos of his speeches so that his constituencies may learn his style of leadership.
