Chris Cayzer will launch his brand new album in “SOP” on Sunday, Oct. 4, in GMA-7’s Sunday show, “SOP.” The new compact disc of Chris is entitled “The Only Thing” and boasts of nine new tracks. The first single culled from the album is the lively rock-oriented song, “Loko,” and the song is already a favorite in top FM radio stations all over the country.

Chris himself wrote the song which speaks of unfaithful love and devotion. Other songs in the album are “A Better Man,” composed by Ogie Alcasid, “Paikot-ikot” and “Don’t Go,” both penned by Viktoria, “You’re the Only Thing,” “Daisy,” “Burning Curiousity” and “Why Don’t You,” all written or co-written by Chris.

Chris will go on a series of mall shows to promote the album. The shows will start on Oct. 4 at Isetann Recto, followed Oct. 10, Sunday, at SM Baliwag, Bulacan, Oct. 11 at SM Molino, Oct. 15 in Eastwood, Oct. 16 in SM Baguio, Oct. 18 SM Dasmariñas, Cavite, Oct. 25 at SM Marilao, Nov. 8 at SM Manila, Nov. 14 at SM Lipa, Batangas, Nov. 15 at SM Southmall, Nov. 22 at SM Fairview, and Nov. 29 at SM Marikina.

All shows start at 4 p.m. and are sponsored by Human, LVD Multimedia and Warner Music Philippines. Chris will also have a gig in Absynth’s bar in Greenbelt III every Mondays of October at 10 p.m. Chris Cayzer’s “The Only Thing” is now available in all leading record bars under Warner Music Philippines.
